  • Initial Health Coaching Visit

    Initial appointment with Health Coach Jordan Strobel for an in-depth review of your current nutrition and lifestyle habits. Identify areas for guided goal setting, make an action plan with achievable steps and explore personalized accountability to help you build healthy habits and improve your wellness!

    60 minutes, $75

  • Bi-Weekly Health Coaching

    Bi-weekly, private coaching sessions with Health Coach Jordan Strobel for support in building healthy lifestyle habits. We will work together to break down your health goals into achievable steps and track your progress towards sustainable success!

    Required minimum 3 months | Starts with Initial Health Coaching Visit

    30 minutes, bi-weekly visits | $169/month

  • Jordan Strobel joined Triad Lifestyle Medicine in 2022, to provide a deep level of the psychology behind behavior change and help patients build long-term healthy habits. She has a passion for healthy living that began with her own health journey and she believes everyone deserves to live a healthy and happy life.

    Born and raised in Florida, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a special interest in psychology at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL. She then enjoyed an 11 year long career as a zookeeper, working with over 30 different species of animals, her favorite being African elephants. She specialized in positive behavior training to teach health related behaviors to the animals she cared for, in order to ensure the highest quality of life for them.

    Jordan’s knowledge of behavior change and her journey through improving her own nutrition, self-care, detoxified living, and healthy habits, inspired her to become a health coach. In 2021, she earned her Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification and her goal is to help patients improve their quality of life through better nutrition and healthy habits. She focuses on exploring patient’s personal interests in order to build habits that work for them, within the framework of their current lifestyle. She doesn’t take a “cookie-cutter” approach to being healthy and believes each person must design their own healthy lifestyle based on what brings them joy and happiness, and definitely includes a few cookies!

    Jordan enjoys an eco-friendly focused lifestyle, full of nutritious food, self-care and finding the joy in the little details of everyday life. She has lived in Jamestown, NC since 2015 and absolutely loves the community of the Triad. She believes if we all work together, we can make the world a better place for everyone!
